After Rosa became vegan six years ago, she and her family got tired of having to commute to Washington, D.C. to satisfy their sweet tooth. Thus, she decided to take her passion for baking and share it with her family and friends in the Northern Virginia area. 🎓 After graduating from Virginia Tech in 2020 with a B.S. in Human Nutrition, Foods and Exercise, concentration in Dietetics, she decided to get serious about her business as it is her dream to open a vegan bakery in her hometown of Centreville.

Hogs & Kisses Farm Sanctuary believes that all animals deserve love and respect, even the ones that typically end up on plates. We will be a micro-sanctuary dedicated to creating a safe and prosperous home for farm animals, who were otherwise destined for food production. Our farm will be open to the community who want personal interactions with our fur family, and for educational vegan events.
